The National Innovation and Commercialisation Expo (NICE 2025) is the Malaysia’s flagship innovation platform that connects local ingenuity with global opportunities. Organised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and implemented by MRANTI, the four-day expo brings together researchers, startups, corporates, investors, policymakers, and global innovation leaders under one roof.

Officiating Ceremony & Kick-Off Day

The grand opening of NICE 2025 with an officiating ceremony, launch of the RDICE Action Plan, and key MoU exchanges. Highlights include FundConnect, linking academia, industry, and government for funding and collaboration.

NICE 2025 Launch

The conference kicks off with a prestigious opening ceremony, featuring a keynote address by the Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation, and the official launch of NICE 2025 by the YAB Deputy Prime Minister. This inaugural session will celebrate and propel Malaysia’s innovation ecosystem forward with key highlights including the Malaysia Commercialisation Award, the unveiling of the RDICE Action Plan, and significant MoU exchanges.

FundConnect by MOSTI

FundConnect 2025 serves as a vital platform to showcase groundbreaking research, foster powerful collaborations, and align national R&D efforts with the 13th Malaysia Plan. This event brings together key stakeholders from academia, industry, and government for high-level dialogues, expert forums, and insightful sessions on commercialisation and strategic funding.

I-Nation Global Summit 2025 (Day 1)

Igniting conversations on scaling Malaysian innovation for global impact, with deep dives into AI, Health Tech, and Agri Tech. A platform to explore pathways to commercial readiness and investment opportunities.

BIOXCEED brings together two flagship innovation platforms: the National Bioeconomy Showcase by Bioeconomy Corporation and the MTDC Exceed.

The name reflects the shared mission of both organisations – to exceed boundaries in innovation by accelerating bio-based and technology-driven solutions from Malaysia onto the global stage.

BIOXCEED stands for excellence, collaboration, and impact: a platform where bio-based innovations connect with commercial opportunities, creating new pathways for growth and prosperity.

NBiOSHOWCASE

NBiOSHOWCASE is a biotechnology and bio-based industry summit and exhibition jointly organised by MOSTI and Bioeconomy Corporation as the main organiser. NBiOSHOWCASE aims to attract investment and industry collaboration while encouraging the public to explore how biotechnology and bio-based industries shape society through innovative solutions.

NBiOSHOWCASE serves as a platform to achieve the objectives of the National Biotechnology Policy 2.0, which aims to advance the biotechnology and bio-based sectors as key drivers of the national economy towards creating a bio-innovation society by 2030.

MTDC EXCEED 2025

MTDC EXCEED (Evolving Xperiences in Entrepreneurship, Deep Tech & Development) 2025, themed “Deep Tech Connect: Building the Nation Through Collaboration,” is designed to strengthen Malaysia’s innovation ecosystem on a focused scale. Guided by the tagline “Pioneer. Partner. Progress.”, the event highlights promising deep-tech solutions, lifts entrepreneurs through targeted visibility and capacity-building, and connects key players across research institutions, industry, and government to spark purposeful collaboration.
